Weekend Read and Watch: Low light Lumia 920 shootout with 808 PureView and others.Low light 1080p video sample.

Test-Mobile.fr had also done an extensive low light shootout pitting Lumia 920’s PureView Camera against another PureView from Nokia, the 808 PureView and also with competitor flagships iPhone 5, SGS III and HTC One X. Results are again not much different from earlier shootouts done by “Engadget” and “The Verge”. Lumia 920 comes on the top with the brightest and least noisy images. Though 808 PureView gives it very good fight and in-depth of details even can outdo Lumia 920. Also as the reviewer describes, 808 PureView captures light closer to reality and in most of the case far better than the competitor phones. But other contenders lose out badly. They don’t even come closer to what Lumia 920 can do in low light without Flash.

We are here presenting sample pictures of two of the comparisons. For reading more click on the link here.

They have also posted a low light 1080p video sample captured with Lumia 920, which is really great for a Smartphone cam.
