Nokia has now updated  #2InstaWithLove with two new filters called “Lumia” and “Nightshot“. Lumia adds a fresh and light filter that can be used when you’re trying to get a classic look to your photographs and is certainly a lot more contemporary than the Handicam and Polaroid filters. In contrast, Nightshot adds a heavier and dark green tinge to your photos that suggests they’ve been taken in low-light conditions.

So, what do you think? Was our thinking that “Nokia is smartly creating an Instagram alternative” had some basis :).

  2. Not had the update which brings nightmode, but have the Lumia lens.
I wonder if the 2insta app is Nokia’s way of drumming up publicity for when they release instagram. I could be wrong but I wonder if Nokia would really draw attention to the fact they are missing such a popular app.

    • May be they want to build the hype before “Instagram”‘s arrival. Even if Nokia won’t draw attention towards missing Instagram, every Lumia review by tech media will mention that!! Wot say :).
